Empowered Humans, Empowered Entrepreneurs
Transforming the World
Empowered Entrepreneurs understand One Secret the others don’t. It’s that entrepreneurs who are empowered in body, mind, and spirit are more productive, more successful, more respected as leaders, more beloved by their employees, more fulfilled in their life, and far more likely to drive a positive impact in the world. Join the movement here.
Entrepreneurship is brutally intense psychologically.
We’re here to help you transcend limitations as you become the empowered leader you were born to be.
By far the most difficult skill for me to learn as CEO was the ability to manage my own psychology.

Meet Alex Blanton
I’ve been an entrepreneur since age 13, I studied finance at NYU Stern, worked at startups in NYC (JumpStart AI, AlleyNYC, Protocol Capital), and then worked at LinkedIn in Silicon Valley. Despite finding great material and social success early on, I wasn’t fulfilled in my life. In fact, I was extremely depressed and racked by debilitating anxiety.
At a certain point, I quit my job at LinkedIn and began a 2+ year odyssey of self-discovery and transformation. I spent over half a year in the Andes and the Amazon working with indigenous shamans in their healing traditions and later spent nearly a year in India training in yoga and meditation under the guidance of a guru which included 2,000 hours of yoga teacher training. I also became a certified Life Coach by the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology during this period.
My life has totally transformed in every conceivable way through this journey, and it is my desire to share this joy, insight, wisdom, and energy in the world with maximum impact.
To that end, I now work with talented entrepreneurs who may feel overworked, overwhelmed, stressed, and perhaps a bit lonely in the entrepreneurial journey. I help them shift and evolve into a place of confidence, calmness, and clarity in what they’re doing as we reignite the flame of passion, exuberance, and expanded vision that sparked their entrepreneurial journey in the first place. This has the benefits of 1) psychological and emotional wellbeing (which far transcends business life) and 2) expanded energy and vision to solve-problems, lead effectively, and harness new business opportunities to grow the business to new heights.
It is my sincere wish that you may find the highest and best abundance, success, and joy in all that you do. – Alex Blanton
What the World’s Best Are Saying
If you want to maintain your obsession about what you’re doing, the way to maintain that obsession is to make sure you have an appropriate level of energy over a long period of time…To operate at peak performance, you have to rest. The thing that crushes most athletes at the top of their game is overtraining, not undertraining. I think that’s the same with entrepreneurs.
Brad Feld – Venture Capitalist, TechStars and Foundry Group cofounder
Most of the founders I know have had seriously dark times, and usually felt like there was no one they could turn to. For whatever it’s worth, you’re not alone, and you shouldn’t be ashamed.
Sam Altman – Chairman of Y Combinator, CEO of OpenAI
The fact of the matter is this: if you’re driven, an entrepreneur, a type-A personality, or a hundred other things, mood swings are part of your genetic hardwiring. It’s a blessing and a curse.
